Here’s the deal: Ink Story: Tattoo Maker on iOS doesn’t process payments directly. All subscriptions on iOS are handled through your Apple ID, so your subscription is tied to the account you used when you hit that "subscribe" button.
Quick fix:
Make sure you're signed in with the same Apple ID you used to subscribe.
Open Ink Story: Tattoo Maker app, head to Settings > Restore Purchase, and boom! Your ad-free experience should be back.
If the ads are still hanging around, no worries. Just tap “Contact Ink Story: Tattoo Maker” in the app under Settings > Help, and we’ll sort it out for you.
